Delete Your Data

Agrovio supports account and data deletion requests in line with our Privacy Policy and Meta requirements for Facebook Login integrations.

1. Delete your Agrovio account

If you are signed in:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Profile Settings
  3. Remove optional profile information if needed
  4. To permanently delete your account and marketplace data, contact your support email from the email linked to your account

Some records, such as completed orders or transaction history, may be retained temporarily for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

2. Facebook / Meta data deletion

If you signed in using Facebook Login:

  1. Go to Facebook SettingsApps and Websites
  2. Find Agrovio
  3. Remove the app and submit a data deletion request

Meta will notify Agrovio through a secure callback system.

You may then receive:

After receiving a valid request, Agrovio will:

  • Verify the request securely
  • Remove linked account data
  • Delete associated storage files where applicable
  • Remove or anonymize related marketplace data such as:
    • profiles
    • listings
    • orders
    • chats
    • favorites

If no linked account is found, the request will still be logged for reference.
